Ooey, Gooey Goodness


I don't want to bore anyone with the gory details of our tax return so I thought I'd share a picture of yesterday's breakfast. Yummy cinnamon rolls without the aid of yeast leavening. These puppies use baking powder, baking soda, and buttermilk (though I had to use a combination of cream of tartar and regular milk since I didn't have buttermilk) to inflate themselves. The recipe is from the RSVP section of the January 2005 issue of Bon Appetit. Tres delicieux!
