Pa Rum Pa Pum Pum.....

Guess what we're having for dinner.



Jewels of sweet & sour goodness. Isn't it pretty? I used Alton Brown's recipe for sweet and sour pork. I've made it once before and it's fantastic. I even pulled out my very rarely used deep fryer for the occasion.
