Gateau au Yaourt
The basic recipe is from the famed food blog, Chocolate and Zucchini but in true *Clotilde* fashion, I tweaked it a bit with what I had available.First off, I used Tillamook Marionberry yogurt for that Oregon touch.
I increased the vanilla to 1 T then instead of rum, I decided limoncello would taste better with the berry-flavored yogurt.
And finally, I baked twelve cupcakes, in Dora liners of course to please the little guy, instead of a single cake.
